Bailey Home Service's mission statment is simple:  "To glorify God through service to others by having a positive influence on all who come in contact with us, and to treat each person with honor, dignity and respect regardless of belief, race, creed, sexual orientation or gender." God expects those who love Him to provide service to others. By providing service to others, we become God's hands reaching out to others. God has a special place in His heart for the most vulnerable members of society and charges his followers with providing service to them.

Bailey Home Service is a full service heat and air company that focuses on doing the highest quality home performance work on the planet.  From rehabilitating a 100-year-old home, to new construction we can help you plan, test, design, install, or fix any mechanical system already in place, or the one that is but a thought in your head. Did you know the ventilation in attics and crawl spaces is a mechanical system, even though there are no motors or controls? If it is not working correctly. mold, rot and other nasty things can grow in  your home right along with you, your kids, your grandkids and the rest of your family!

Get help staying on focus with all your home's needs like repairs, maintenance, installs, and testing the quality of your home.  Keep it  operating at peek performance with thorough maintenance, which also keeps your system's warranty valid. Keep gutters clean and trees off your home. Flush your hot watrer tanks once a year. Crawl space vents need opened and closed in the correct seasons. Clean your air conditioner and change the filters. Caulking and sealing as it ages deteriorates.  Here at Bailey Home Service we prefer to teach someone to do something themselves.  If you are not able to maintain, simply do not want to, have problems when attempting to, or are having opperational issues, we are just a phone call away and eager to serve you. There are many many people out there working on homes that don't know anything about building science and creating big, uncomfortable, and expensive spaces. This is where we need to teach others. If you have questions about a project, then give us a call. There will be several links to learn to DIY on this site and we plan on making lots of YouTube videos.

What is Home performance and why do I need my home operating at peak performance? Just watch this short video.

Here we view your home as a system where everything has to work together. Everthing is related, and any one part affect any other part of it.  Here are two examples using the installation of a microwave. 1,) A contractor installed a microwave and to find the stud he knocked holes in the sheetrock which allowed hot attic air to come down the wall and into the kitchen that the wife already thought was hot. 2.) A contractor installs a microwave and vents it into the attic which causes air to infiltrate your building envelope and put moist greasy air into your attic where it can cause mold and possibly rot and deteriorate wood. Who would have thought installing a microwave could cause so many problems? There is a saying I like. "You don't know what you don't know until you know it." Fred Kerlinger said,  "A systemic view is the view that all systems are composed of interrelated subsystems."  A whole is not just the sum of the parts, but the system itself can be explained only as a totality. The systemic view is, then, the opposite of reductionism, which views the total as the sum of its individual parts. In traditional organization theory, as well as in many of the sciences, the subsystems have been studied separately, with a view to putting the parts together into a whole at some later point. The systemic view emphasizes that this is not possible and that the starting point has to be the total system.

We all want a safe and comfortable home, a place you want to spend time, not thinking about air quality, alergies, humidifiers, smells, or dust. Did you know that increased energy efficiency is a by-product of home performance, something you get for free? If your home is not comfortable and or you have any of those issues, there is testing you can have done on your home that can show you where the problems are, and it can actually save you money. $300 is a basic test, and the most comprehensive ranges up to about $1000 for the most comprehensive.  Every single home should be tested as this is so important to everything that keeps you comfortable. To design an air conditioning system for a home there should be what's called a Manual J performed, which is a national code that contractors should know, and on the manual are questions about testing that was done on the home.
